Starting with the design concept, we are able to control costs and pass those savings onto you. The budget is custom-tailored to reflect what is most important to you and ensuring that those items are prioritized. Design and material changes can be done effortlessly before the final confirmation. Since we are planning and managing the project from the start, we are able to provide a detailed scope of work that will keep the project on time and on budget.

The Design-Build method includes everything that you require; concept to design, planning, and construction completion.It is a more efficient and effective way to build your custom home by reducing the time from design to completion. You will have an appreciation for a reduction in the meetings required and we have eliminated the hassle for you in trying to find your own architect/ draftsman, designers, engineers by taking care of that for you. The Design phase…

We start with getting to know you, understanding your lifestyle, and doing a site visit to the lot that you plan on building on. Custom-designed plans accurately reflect the best-suited layout for your lot, land characteristics, engineering requirements, and of course your living requirements. Stock plans can often cause significant cost increases as it may not be suited for the lot that you plan on building on.

During the design phase, we will go through all the necessary planning and budgeting and start development on:  

  • Concept Design Drawings

  • Preliminary Plans

  • Construction Drawings & Site Plans

Special considerations and options are reviewed throughout the planning process:

  • Budgets, timeline

  • Material availability

  • Site conditions

  • Material and finishing selections

  • Individual preferences and unique requirements

  • Sustainability

 

Build:

We are hands-on throughout the process to ensure that the highest level of workmanship is obtained throughout. You will be given regular update reports along with photos of the ongoing construction. Of course, we would love to show you around the construction site. Please be sure to call ahead to arrange a time due to health and safety protocols. Prior to possessions, we will do a walkthrough inspection with you and document any concerns, should any arise, and have them tended to right away.
